Instruction to input Team Sheets
Club secretaries: you can now update your teamsheet appearances, goalscorers, red/yellow cards, star player and referee marks directly on football.mitoo.

Here's an example of what to do.

Click on LogIn, enter your name and the short password. Your league should have told you this password *.

On the Home page you will now see a yellow and beige menu side by side.

In the beige Team Reports choose your club from the drop down menu, enter your club password (your league should have told you this password *) and click on the OK button.

You can choose to see your Player Registrations.

You can also click on the icon

Tick the players who played, including substitutes who came on.

Enter the goals for those who scored. Tick 'Own Goal' first if necessary.

Tick the columns for red/yellow cards (if sent off for two yellows, tick the red; if sent off with straight red after a yellow card, tick both yellow and red).

Tick a star player.

When finished click on the OK button.

To undo anything just untick it and click on OK button.

Please note that once the Registration Secretary has checked your input against the paperwork for a game and OK'd it then you will no longer be able to change anything for that game.

* If you need the passwords then click on the Home page and then on the Contacts link. Please get in touch with your own league for the passwords.

Signing on instructions

New clubs will be supplied with Multiple Signing On forms and Single Signing On forms. The Multiple Forms will be filled out in BLOCK CAPITAL LETTERS and signed by the player. When a sheet is filled in it should be sent back to the Registration Secretary. The final Multiple Form sent to the Registration Secretary ideally seven days before the start of the season, but no later than two days before.

Existing clubs will be supplied, by the Registration Secretary, with a list of players signed to the club from the previous season. This list will be used to register the player to the club for the forthcoming season. The player must check the details, correct or add details if necessary, and sign the box provided. (If a player has not signed this form, then he is not signed on). This Form must be sent to the Registration Secretary no later than two days before the start of the season. THIS SHEET CAN NOT BE USED TO SIGN NEW PLAYERS TO THE CLUB, a single signing on form must be used for new players. Confirmation of receiving this form will be sent to the club Secretary via email. (Would suggest that club Secretaries keep a copy of this form).

Single Signing On forms are used for all new players wishing to register for an existing and new club and is the only form that can be used to register players when the season has started. The forms must be filled out in FULL (except for the Transfer Box) and in BLOCK CAPITAL LETTERS. If the name of the player is not filled in, it will be sent back and the player UNREGISTERED. If the Date of Birth or the Address of the player is not filled in, it will be sent back and the player UNREGISTERED. Confirmation of receiving this form will be sent to the club Secretary via email.

This form must be with the Registration Secretary 24 hours before the game for a player to be eligible for 1st Team football. The form can be scanned and sent to the Registration Secretary electronically. If a player registers on match day he can only play for the reserve team and the top section of the form MUST be filled in by member of the opposition (and only a maximum of 4 players can be registers on match day).

Transferring to another club, a player MUST again fill in a Single Signing on Form (see above) and the secretary of the club the player is leaving MUST fill in the Transferring Clubs Approval box. If this is not done the transfer will not go ahead. If there is an objection to a transfer, Rule 8(J) applies.

NO PLAYER CAN SIGN OR TRANSFER TO A CLUB AFTER 28TH (or 29th) FEBRUARY FOR THAT SEASON.
