Match sheets | ||||
TO ALL LEAGUE MANAGERS AND SECRETARIES: It appears that I can no longer update more than the 14 "playing" names on the weekly match/team sheets. Please can you make sure that if you want to get an accurate account of all your players appearances then you need to let me know who played and who didn't regularly. So, from now on can you let me know who played and who didn't by writing the relevant information on the bottom of an emailed match sheet and on the back of a posted match sheet. Please also remember that this information is vital in the run up to any "CUP" semi finals and finals in the future. So it is in your interest to do so as it will be no good coming back to me at a later date. If the relevant information is not forthcoming then I will have to assume that the first "14" names on the match sheets are the players who appeared for that fixture. PLAYER REGISTRATIONS OPEN | ||||
Dear Club Secretaries, I have now emailed or posted out all of the up-to-date team sheets. Please ensure that you review and complete these as soon as possible. If you have players that now have expired ID cards you will need to complete the form (which can be found under downloads on Mitoo) and send it together with a RECENT passport size photo and a cheque for the relevant fee (£3 in July or £4 from August onwards) to me asap. Once I have received your completed sheets back I will amend them and a new sheet will be issued to you at the August meeting along with your cards. Any queries please contact me. Please note that registrations are now open for new and transferring players. New players are the usual £4 per card and transfers are £2. Please ensure that new player forms are all sent via myself and not direct to MCFA with a cheque (made payable to MCFA) for the total amount, one recent passport size photo and the completed form (in block capitals) along with a stamped addressed envelope for your club. The SAE is so that the card can come directly to yourselves thus saving time and me having to forward it on. Mel
