LEAGUE OFFICERS' RESPONSIBILITIES 2019-2020

 

The following information has been provided to assist Club Officials:

GENERAL SECRETARY (Mike Brown on 07843 736967 or e-mail secretary@midsussexfl.co.uk) ..........should be contacted in all matters concerning League administration except those devolved to the Assistant General Secretary (Administration) as shown below.

ASSISTANT GENERAL SECRETARY (ADMINISTRATION) (Paul John 07834 076224 or e-mail pajohn1952@hotmail.co.uk) takes the minutes of Management Committee meetings and deals with the issuing of fines as well as organising the collection and distribution of league trophies and mementoes. Paul also co-ordinates all the data for the Merit Awards including that from referees match return forms that are submitted to him ;

FIXTURES SECRETARY (Derek Budgen on Mobile 07973 738490, e-mail fixtures@midsussexfl.co.uk ) deals with all matters concerning fixtures 

VETERANS FIXTURES (Mike Brown on 07843 736967 or e-mail secretary@midsussexfl.co.uk ) deals with all matters concerning Fred Pretty Veterans Cup Competition; 

REGISTRATION SECRETARY [Roger Peters on 01737 215297  (Mobile] 07306 137868 or e-mail registrations@midsussexfl.co.uk deals with all matters concerning player registration, transfers and reinstatements including receipt of match return forms (Manual or online by Monday's following Saturday game)

REFEREES SECRETARY [Richard Cherryman 01273 471260/07531 043169 or e-mail richardcherryman@yahoo.co.uk] deals with all matters concerning the appointment of referees for fixtures;


TREASURER (Cliff Emberlin on Mobile 07843 736967, e-mail  treasurer@midsussexfl.co.uk] deals with all matters concerning finance
