REFEREES WANTED
Referees - do you want a new challenge and to see some different teams and faces? Then join our panel of referees for good competitive football. many people consider us the strongest league in the area and our top THREE divisions can be used for assessment from 6 to 5. We check the discipline of players and, if necessary, withdraw registrations to prevent them playing in the MSFL. Our geographical area is south east London postal districts and north west Kent. If you are interested please write to our Referees' Secretary, Alf Levy, at 5 Guild Road, Erith, Kent, DA8 2PS, e-mail him at alf@alflevy.freeserve.co.uk or telephone him on 07795-182927
STILL LOOKING FOR A HOME GROUND?
Clubs who have not yet sorted a home ground for 2004-05 should try the BELLINGHAM LEISURE & LIFESTYLE CENTRE, Randlesdown Road, Bellingham, S.E.6 which is close to Bellingham railway station. This is the old Becorp ground. There will be three grass pitches marked out and they are available on a first come, first served basis. This modern centre is run by the same people who own Coldharbour Sports Ground in Mottingham. so the pitch costs are likely to be £50 per game and above. Telephone 0208-697 0043 and ask for Anne Marie. There are still two pitches available at POWERLEAGUE, Catford, S.E.6 at a cost of £60 and £100 per game. This the old Private Banks ground at Catford Bridge. Telephone 0208-690 1111 and ask for Simon Osborne.
