ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: The League's AGM will be held on Sunday 10th June 2007 at Badgers Hill, Frome Town Football Club, starting at 11.00 a.m. ALL Clubs are reminded that they MUST attend. The Agenda, Minutes and relevant paperwork will be circulated to all Club Secretaries. Completed paperwork, Registration Forms and Fees must be brought to the AGM. |

It is with regret that the League accepted the resignation of RAILWAY TAVERNERS from the League on 18th October 2006. League Council had postponed several of their games in order to give them a chance to re-group, however, the Club decided that it could no longer continue. The Club has been at the core of the Frome Sunday League since its inception in 1968 and in that time has won most of the Competitions the League has had. Details of their games played, points and goals will be expunged from the records. Transfers of players from Railway to other Clubs may be instigated but will not be completed until the League are satisfied that all matters in the wind up process relating to Railway have been fully completed. If any Club has questions about transfers, please contact either the League or Registrations Secretaries. |
| Gypsy Lane Playing Fields |

Gypsy Lane Playing Fields in Frome have been transferred to the ownership of Frome Rugby Club. Football pitches will continue to be available for hire by contacting Pete Lippiatt at the Club on 01373 462506. New Terms and Conditions apply this season. The cost of Hire will be (for Adult Teams) £50.00 per hire. If a block booking of 10 games is made, then no VAT will be charged. Clubs will be required to pay for a month's fixtures in advance. The League has met with the Officials of The Rugby Club to verify this fee and to try to get some sort of reduction. However, the increase will be applied. All Clubs will be required to sign a new set of Terms & Conditions, which the League has had clarified. Please contact the Rugby Club as soon as possible to indicate that you wish to use the facilities. Actual League Fixtures for Clubs who will be playing at Gypsy Lane have been given to the Rugby Club. Clubs should still individually book pitches with the Rugby Club. Please contact the League Secretary if you have indicated that you were to use Gypsy Lane, but have decided to look elsewhere following this season's increase in charges. |
