| FA Rule C 2 - Transfer of Non Contract players. |

A new Transfer Request Form has been issued and clubs should be aware that every player who has signed for one club cannot go to another unless he has made an application to be transferred. Allied Counties Rule 8 H (11) applies.
EVERY TRANSFER MUST HAVE A SEVEN (7) DAY APPROACH LETTER SENT RECORDED OR
REGISTERED MAIL to the current club. The new form has a space for the Post Office number to be inserted. |

Clubs are reminded that in accordance with Rule 10 C fixtures cannot be played on dates other than originally fixed by the Fixture Secretary except with the permission of the Management Committee. |
