Sleaford's stunning fightback won the day at East Street as the Nurserymen saw a giant killing opportunity slip through their grasp.
Olney took a 37th minute lead through Steve Foster who latched onto Jon Machin's header back which fell short but the Nurserymen were pegged back eight minutes into the second half by Jamie Shaw who poached a goal after home keeper Andrew Greenway parried a Mick Stones shot.
Ian Lindop gave the Nurserymen a 76th minute lead direct from a free kick and his second goal, a header, five minutes from time looked to have secured a famous victory for Olney.
Kris Jones reduced the deficit in the 90th minute with a scrambled effort from a Shaw free kick and time added on saw Sleaford level through Jones who bundled the ball home from a Robin Holderness cross for his second of the afternoon.
The momentum was with Sleaford now and youngster Tom Siddons settled the contest in their favour five minutes into the additional half hour. The substitute ran from half way, beating two defenders before firing home a screamer worthy of winning any match.
