Sileby's losing run continued as the Robins made it three successive league wins on their travels.
The home side took the lead through Sam Callear after 16 minutes but Buckingham came back into the game going close from a series of corners. Robins' record goalscorer Reuben Max-Grant struck twice in the second half to win the contest for the visitors.
The towering striker equalised three minutes past the hour and gave the Robins all three points with an 80th minute winner.
