Current Club Suspensions Adamant FC (All Teams) [254470] Match Details: Participating For Adamant FC against Clissold Rangers (Youth) U15 on 22/10/2022 in Hackney Marshes Saturday Youth Football League Sanction Details: Proven: Fine and Suspension Awarded Club Suspension starting 09/01/2023 with the end date to be confirmed. Football debt - Case 11011282M Fined: £81.25 Notes: Olayinka Sanyaolu-Osoba is hereby charged with misconduct for a breach of FA Rule E3 in respect of the above fixture. Having reviewed the evidence presented to the Association, it is deemed that their actions are contrary to FA Rule E3.1, moreover, that their language and/or behaviour towards the Match Official was offensive and/or insulting and/or abusive. He is alleged to have refused to leave the field of play when the Match Official asked him to, and/or said that the Match Official “won’t be paid” and that he’ll speak to the Match Official’s boss to ensure he is fired from being a referee, and/or refused to give his name when asked by the Match Official, or similar. It is further alleged that these incident(s) may have led to the match being abandoned. The evidence pack used in support of the charge is attached and includes the following: • Extraordinary Report from the Referee • Additional Observations from the Referee • Observations Requested by London FA • Response from Adamant FC Should the case be found proven, the Commission will decide if the case is low, medium or high level and the following Sanction Guideline from The FA will be used to decide the sanction: Non – NLS (including Youth Club Officials) Low - £0 - £35 Fine & 0-2 Match Suspension Medium - £10 - £50 Fine & 1-3 Match Suspension High - £20-£70 Fine & 3-6 Match Suspension The Guideline Sanctions should be followed, however, it is at the Commission’s sole discretion to deviate from these guidelines should they determine that aggravating or mitigating factors exist. Under FA regulations, abandoned games must aim be charged within 28 days of the match and aim to be heard with 14 days of the charge(s) being raised. During the investigation, opportunities to provide dates to avoid were given. As such, please note we have scheduled this and any related (if applicable) charges to be heard on Friday 2nd December at 6pm if a personal hearing is requested. Please note, if this charge forms part of a consolidated case a personal hearing will be arranged for the aforementioned date if any related charge receives a response requesting a personal hearing.
