The Poachers emerged extra time winners from this Lincolnshire derby at Tattershall Road.
Laszlo Lovas gave Boston the lead on the half hour, lifting the ball over Nick Conroy after Mark Foster and Gary Bull set up the chance but the Tigers replied a minute before the break through Adam Jackson who rounded off a ten pass move by converting Kevin Childs's ball in from the right.
Holbeach went ahead nine minutes into the second half through Andy Lodge after Jackson and Antonio Pescu combined but Boston were quick to respond with a 58th minute Bull strike direct from a quickly taken free kick after Lovas was fouled.
Lee Orrey scored the decisive goal five minutes into extra time, collecting a James Brader pass before rounding the keeper to slot home amidst Tigers appeals for handball.
Holbeach's Matt Warfield was red carded in the dying seconds following a clash with Lovas.
