Two goals from top scorer Jason Turner ended the Doughboys' run of nine matches without a win as they avenged an earlier Vase reverse against the Motormen.
Turner made the 47th minute breakthrough with his tenth goal of the campaign, beating three defenders before slotting home and he sealed Wellingborough's success with his eleventh seventeen minutes from the end, a left footed shot from the edge of the box which deceived keeper Lee Farrow.
