The Badgers claimed a Spartan South Midlands Premier scalp with this extra time success.
Neil Morgan's 29th minute opener for the Waders from a corner was matched by Tom O'Brien's 44th minute reply for Bugbrooke, the midfielder smashing home a loose ball.
The Badgers took an 62nd minute lead through Kevin Randall's own goal and they looked ready to celebrate a famous victory when Dan Brown made it three with a sidefooted shot after 65 minutes.
Jack Weedon cut the deficit after 88 minutes with a spectacular overhead kick and Jamie Steele equalised in the final minute of stoppage time with a header from a free kick.
The Badgers were not to be denied though and Adam Baptist was their matchwinner after 109 minutes, converting Craig Minney's pass.
