Borden travelled to betteshanger on saturday hoping to continue their winning streak but unfortunately they came across a very well organised betteshanger side who went 1 up after 6 minutes, borden fought back and were awarded a free kick which was taken by Michael King which found the head of Mark Barker who buried the ball into the bottom corner of the net. Betteshanger never gave up and pilled on the pressure going ahead again after 24 minutes. the second half started very much the same as the first with Betteshanger pilling on the pressure which Borden could not cope with and went down to two more goals. on the day betteshanger were the better side all round.
