Match Details: Participating For Wiseman West FC against London Saracens London Saracens Mens on 02/11/2024 in Middlesex County Football League Saturday Offence Details: Sanction Details: Notes: E20.1 - Failed to ensure directors, players, officials, employees, servants, representatives attending any Match do not behave in a way which is improper, offensive, violent, threatening, abusive, indecent, insulting or provocative Proven: Case Proved Fined: £85.00 E20 - Wiseman West FC are hereby charged with misconduct for breach of FA Rule E20 in respect of the above fixture. Having reviewed the evidence presented to the Association, it is deemed that the actions of their Management team removing their team from the field of play and causing the game to be abandoned was contrary to FA Rule E20. It is alleged that they did not conduct themselves in an orderly fashion. The Association intends to rely on the following information, included in the charge evidence document: 1. Report(s) and information supplied by the Match Official(s) 2. Statements from Wiseman West 3. Statements from London Saracens Should the case be found proven, the Commission will decide if the case is low, medium or high level and the following Sanction Guideline from The FA will be used to decide the sanction: Low - £0-£70 - Medium - £70-£140 – High - £140-£300 These are Guideline Sanctions and should be followed but can be varied where appropriate mitigating or aggravating factors exist. Personal Hearing - If a personal hearing is requested, this is likely to be heard on a weekday evening on a date selected by the County FA. A written response should be submitted with the response to the charge if a personal hearing is requested, along with any dates within the next month that would be unsuitable for the hearing.
