Long Buckby  1    Stewarts & Lloyds Corby  1

Saturday, 13 March 2010

Long Buckby's quest for a top two finish suffered a setback as they were held at Station Road by the league's draw specialists.

Dan Holman put the Bucks ahead after six minutes with a shot from inside the box, but a David Sheridan equaliser on the half hour made it eight games unbeaten for S&L, six of them draws.

Buckby ended the match with nine men after two dismissals just before the hour mark, Richard Bunting and Dan Holman each picking up a brace of yellow cards.

Long Buckby: Ollie Urquhart, Ollie Wilkinson, Craig Kelly, Josh Urquhart, Mark Hewitt, Jon Crockett (Stuart Smeathers), Dan Quigley, Richard Bunting, Dan Holman, Ben Foster, Greg Ling.

S&L: Richard Lavin, Aaron Davies, Matt Garscadden, Ben Greasley, Mark Forbes, Callum Noble, Stuart McClarty, Danny Pownall (Ben Sunderland), Kevin Byrne, David Sheridan (Jake Thompson). Scott Marshall (Michael Rogers).
