Tom Berwick's hat trick inspired title chasing Town to an important win in their honours quest.

Berwick opened the scoring twelve minutes in with a tap in after Cooks keeper George McClellan fumbled a Paul Lamb corner, Tommy Kinch doubling Town's advantage four minutes before the interval direct from another flag kick.

With fifteen minutes left Alfie Taylor put the Cooks back in contention after springing the home offside trap.

Their comback hopes were extinguished by Berwick with a penalty after 85 minutes following Dan Thomason's trip on Tom James and a minute later he completed his hat trick after rounding McClellan.
