Match Details: Participating For Soccer Stars (Youth) against Stonewall First on 19/10/2024 in Middlesex County Football League Offence Details: Sanction Details: Notes: E20.1 - Failed to ensure directors, players, officials, employees, servants, representatives attending any Match do not behave in a way which is improper, offensive, violent, threatening, abusive, indecent, insulting or provocative Fined: £45.00 It is alleged that Soccer Stars Youth failed to ensure that directors, players, officials, employees, servants, representatives attending any match do not behave in a way which is improper, offensive, violent, threatening, abusive, indecent, insulting, or provocative contrary to FA Rule E20.1. This refers to the allegation that Soccer Stars Youth were confrontation to the Match Official or similar. The London FA intends to rely on the following information, included in the charge evidence document: 1. Report(s) and information supplied by the Match Official(s) 2. Statements from Stonewall 3. Statements from Soccer Stars Youth If this charge is accepted, or denied but found proven, the Commission will refer to The FA Sanction Guidelines and relevant FA Regulations when deciding on the sanction. They will also take account of any mitigating or aggravating factors. The Commission may deviate from the sanction guidelines where necessary, but where a mandatory minimum sanction is stated in FA Regulations, they cannot go below this. The relevant sanctions are listed below: Outside National League System / Tier 3 and below of Women’s Pyramid: £0 - £300 fine If you deny the charge and request a personal hearing, or accept the charge and request a verbal plea, this has been scheduled for 25th November 2024 at 18:00. A written response should be submitted with the response to the charge if a personal hearing or verbal plea is requested, along with a list of any witnesses who will be attending.
