I’ve discussed this at length with someone outside the committee (incase you appeal). 

As I like to listen to an outside opinion on these matters sometimes. However it is black and white as far as the handbook is concerned. Vrayas was registered to Indian Gymkhana when he featured for you which makes him ineligible. 

The rule that covers this is screenshotted below. 

It’s 18 F on page 22 of the handbook. 

 

You will note this is the exact same offence that you got the points awarded for earlier this season when Brentham committed the same offence. 

 

As Vrayas is then classed as an Ineligible player I have many options opened to me, you will be aware of several emails last season around points deductions and how the league would take the points off you from the game and then a further 3 points for fielding an ineligible player. 

However the punishment I will be issuing is you losing the 3 points you gained and Ickenham gaining 3.  And the fine under 18 F is £100 as per the handbook tariffs. However as it’s a first offence I will be issuing a fine for £50.
