Desborough maintained their unbeaten home record in 2012 with this derby victory over the Foundrymen.
S&L went in front five minutes in through Mark Forbes after a good run by Mark Hackett, but were pegged back by a leveller from Richard Scott direct from a free kick three minutes past the half hour mark.
Eddie Mills headed a Forbes cormer off the line to prevent the Foundrymen from going back in front.
Luke Abrahart's first Ar Tarn goal after 67 minutes proved decisive, the youngster following up to score after Jon Mitchell's effort was blocked on the line..
Forbes missed an 86th minute spot kick for S&L after a foul on Michael Keall, and then Paul Caswell struck the home crossbar from 20 yards.
The visitors had Keall dismissed in time added.
