Jason Turner took his season's goal tally to 35 as leaders Lynn picked up a big win in their title quest.
Turner's glancing header from a right wing Jamie Thurlbourne corner after just two minutes put the Linnets on their way.
Turner scored again after nine minutes as Lynn netted a route one goal. Jordan Yong's clearance was flicked on by Jack Defty for Turner to blast a shot into the bottom corner from 25 yards.
Jamie Thurlbourne's long distance free kick grazed the home crossbar as Lynn sought to push home their advantage.
After the opening twenty minutes the contest became scrappy with a strong wind making it a difficult second half.
Lynn skipper Ross Watson headed against the bar at a corner while the Tigers' best efforts came from Andy Tidswell who drew a fine save from Alex Street and Mitch Griffiths who fired against the outside of the post in stoppage time.
