This derby was overshadowed by the broken leg suffered by Sleaford defender Damon Tunnicliffe in a 50-50 challenge with Poachers winger Shane lancy after half an hour or so, with play delayed for an hour awaiting an ambulance.
Ryan Oliver gave the home side the lead after 36 minutes, heading in Pete Sutton's corner.
Boston's late show saw them take the points as Town slipped to an eighth reverse in a row.
Lorand Borbely hauled the Poachers level after 67 minutes, converting Craig Parker's cross.
In the 90th minute Gary Bull gave the visitors the lead after good work by Parker and Borbely with Bradie Blankley clinching victory for Boston five minutes into added time, firing home after working hard to regain possession.
