Raunds Town  1    Long Buckby  0

Saturday, 10 December 2005

Raunds avenged a September reverse at Station Road with this victory but found the struggling Bucks a tough nut to crack. Jed Ainge went close for Raunds in a goalless first half. Adam Hancock scored the only goal of the afternoon after 65 minutes, converting a left wing corner, and fine goalkeeping from Paul Warnecki denied Richard Bailey and Les Hornby further goals for the home side.
