Buckingham sprang a minor surprise at Hall Road as they picked up a first victory in six games.
Both sides had chances in an end to end opening.
Eynesbury took a first half lead through Tom Coles who netted after 21 minutes, slotting home from a Ryan Inskip pass.
Rovers were thwarted by young Robins goalkeeper Zac Wade on a number of occasions before the interval.
Nick Bines equalised seven minutes after the restart, beating Carl Mackney with a low shot, and after further home openings went begging he followed up with an 84th minute winner for the Robins, firing home a free kick from a wide position on the right.
