Saturday, 24 November 2007
A powerful second half display earned Huntingdon a convincing win over their Division One rvals.
Chris Caswell gave Huntingdon the lead ten minutes before the break, controlling Adam Taylor's through ball and firing home fromthe edge of the box and they went further in front seven minutes after the restart through Nicky Young, who combined with Caswell before rounding off a 30 yard run with a good finish.
David Watts put Eynesbury back in the tie after 69 minutes, converting James Dove's cross from their right but their comeback hopes were dashed by three goals in seven minutes.
Caswell scored his second goal after 72 minutes after Ryan Hill's effort was blocked, Alyou Coaney scored Town's fourth five minutes later and with eleven minutes to play Hill completed the nap hand.
