Two goals in the space of three first half minutes from George Brinkman settled this contest in the Eagles favour as they shut out the usually potent Buckby strikeforce.

Dan Holman had a couple of early opportunities to give Buckby the lead.

Brinkman gave Stotfold a 29th minute advantage, volleying in Kane Dougherty's cut back from the left and three minutes later he gave them a firm grip on proceedings with his second goal, set up by Giuseppe D'Angelo.
