Evening,

I have finally had time to review this postponed game from 19^th November.

As per league Rule 20 E (Page 27 of the handbook, at the top of the page) the rule states “Any club under suspension must life the suspension by the Tuesday at 5pm before the weekend fixture. Failure to comply, the fixture will be dealt with in accordance to Rule 18.M.

Rule 18 M is for failing to field a team, thus due to the suspension, which wasn’t cleared till the Friday which is clearly to late.

As such the match has been awarded and a fine will be imposed
