The Motormen completed a double over the Cuckoos whose losing run now stands at seven games.

Will Briscoe's 65th minute United opener was matched by a Lewis Stone reply for Yaxley four minutes later.

Daventry assistant manager Neil Champelovier scored the decisive goal with eight minutes remaining.
