The destiny of the championship is now in Kings Lynn's hands following this win which took them ten points clear of Long Buckby who have three matches in hand.

Jack Defty's eleventh minute starter, a close range finish from a Danny Beaumont delivery, put Lynn on their way to another big win.

Jason Turner doubled the lead after 32 minutes with Beaumont again the provider and a Ross Watson header from a Jamie Thurlbourne corner a minute before the break had the outcome all but settled at the interval.

Further goals followed on resumption from Thurlbourne, a 35 yard chip on 53 minutes, and Beaumont with a 25 yarder four minutes later.

Following a home handball Thurlbourne missed a penalty for Lynn as they coasted to the win.
