Town made it 19 points out of 21, two first half goals enough to see off Blackstones at Communications Park.

Top scorer Tom Berwick put Daventry on their to win number six of the season after 24 minutes and after Russ Dunkley had added a second in the final minute of the half the home side had a firm grip on proceedings.

Blackstones were unable to breach the cast iron Town defence which has now kept seven successive clean sheets.
