After three matches without a win this was a valuable point for the Wakes against opponents from the top half of the table.

Nathan Stainfield missed a free header for the Wakes before Stotfold were twice denied by the frame of the goal, George Brinkman and substitute Jamie Peters the unlucky men.

Stotfold keeper Brad Gillham kept out a Rob Masters volley before Tony Pascu wasted a late chance to give Bourne all three points.
