The Doughboys found their goal touch to claim one of their best wins of the season.

Joe Power's 17th minute opener, capitalising on a Liam Hynes slip, had Wellingborough in front at the break.

Former United man Tom Liversedge gave the home side a firm grip on proceedings on resumption scoring after 46 minutes and again after 52.

Ben Johnson wrapped up Wellingborough's win on the hour.

United replied ten minutes from time through Stuart Haynes.
