Unbeaten Daventry were far too strong for the young Doughboys side at the Dog & Duck.

Ryan Howell gave the visitors a seventeenth minute lead, firing home after Richard Wesley's effort rebounded from the crossbar. The advantage was doubled five minutes later by Tom Berwick who volleyed in a Howell centre.

Russ Dunkley added a third for Daventry nine minutes into the second half, rounding home keeper Shaun Markie to slot home and Berwick completed the scoring after 72 minutes from a Dunkley cross.
