Consistent Vase performers St Ives made short work of Ridgeons neighbours Ely to reach Round Four for the third successive season.

Carl Foreman gave St Ives the lead two minutes in, finishing an Ozie Foster cross from the left from close range  with Conor Washington's 16th minute second, getting the better of the keeper in a one on one, giving St Ives a firm grip on proceedings.

Ely piled on the pressure in the second half but Will Fordham was outstanding in his 400th Saints appearance while reserve goalkeeper Gavin Armitage distunguished himself with some fine saves.

Foster completed the scoring three minutes into stoppage time, creating space for himself before finding the visiting net.
