Just six weeks ago Yaxley lost 6-0 at Kiln Park in a Knockout Cup tie but they returned to exact revenge and complete a league double over the Shopmates.

Ricky Hailstone's twentieth minute spot kick put the Cuckoos on the way to this win, while home defender Gavin Fotzgerald was red carded for the foul on Ben Stainsby which saw the penalty awarded. Five minutes later the Yaxley skipper added a second for his side, rounding off a flowing move.

Adam Taylor replied from Raunds after 73 minutes but Hailstone sealed the visiting success a minute into added time with his hat trick goal, another penalty awarded for a foul on Stainsby.
