United Counties Football League
2009-2010 Season

Division One

Buckingham Town  2    Rushden & Higham United  1

Saturday, 10 October 2009

Buckingham's young guns rose to the plate to pick up three more points.

James Kamara, whose international clearance came through in the build up to the match, made an instant impact with a 35th minute Robins opener from a Geoff Baffo pass, although he later went off injured.

The win seemed to have slipped through Buckingham's grasp when Lewis Hook equalised for the Lankies after 88 minutes.

The home side bounced back though to take maximum points thanks to Baffo's last minute decider.
