Stotfold led twice at Tattershall Road but were twice pegged back as the Poachers responded.

Brett Donnelly gave the Eagles a 22nd minute advantage converting a centre from Paul Garrett only for Matt Kennedy to equalise three minutes later, glancing in a Laszlo Lovas cross to round off a good build up.

Kennedy headed against the bar as Boston bossed the closing stages of the first half.

The champions regained the lead through Ryan Mitchell who slotted home two minutes before the hour after Gareth Jones fumbled a Garrett corner but veteran goalgrabber Gary Bull scored a second Boston equaliser after 85 minutes, converting from the spot after Kennedy was fouled by Jamie Taylor.
