Spencer overcame spirited resistance from bottom club Bourne to take full points at Kingsthorpe Mill.

Andy Toyne gave the Wakes a 44th minute lead but before the break Spencer were on terms through Adam Hancock.

The Millers took a 51st minute lead through Wayne Richardson, but Bourne replied through Adam Broom after 67 minutes.

Substitute Alfie Taylor was the Spencer matchwinner with eleven minutes to play.
