Saturday, 26 January 2008

Huntingdon produced their most impressive display for weeks to move back into the top three of Division One.

It took just two minutes for Town o take the lead after Nicky Young cut in from the left and his shot was turned in by Eddie Mills, and they went further in front seven minutes before the break when Chris Caswell found the home net from Young's pass.

Adam Taylor made it three for Huntingdon, scoring seven minutes into the second half to settle the outcome. The striker received the ball with his back to goal twenty yards out, turned his marker and found the net with an unstoppable drive.

Karl King was closest to a Lankies reply with a chip which was cleared off the line.
