Round 2

Brampton  0    St Neots Town  6

Saturday, 24 November 2007

After conceding ground advantage to play at Rowley Park the prospects of Brampton springing a surprise were minimal and so it proved as the Saints comfortably saw off the Cambs League outfit.

It took only five minutes for Mark Barry to score the opening goal from the penalty spot and four minutes later he added a second goal.

Ryan Francis made it three two minutes past the half hour mark with Kevin Ashby putting his name on the scoresheet four minutes later.

Steve Kuhne joined the scoring spree nine minutes after the restart with Chris Garwell completing the rout after 72 minutes.
