The dismissal of Sileby defender Michael Mullen five minutes before the break was the main talking point of an otherwise low key end of season game. Kobie Dee missed an early chance for Corinths, blazing over from three yards, but the ten men visitors held out until late in the game. John Kyte made a superb save to thwart Corinths' Kevin Fox but with five minutes left the keeper was helpless as Tony Ielapi's looping effort left him stranded.
