Vase debutants Huntingdon performed with credit against FA Cup giant killers St Margaretsbury before making their exit in extra time. After a scoreless first half shaded by Huntingdon Andy Burney gave the visitors a 52nd minute lead but Huntingdon squared the contest after 78 minutes, James Edwards the marksman after a Carl Foreman corner was knocked down by Rob Stamper. St Margaretsbury's fitness was evident in extra time and goals from Ben Herron on 99 minutes and John Barker on 104 took the visitors through.
