Division One
Higham Town 1 Blisworth 1
Saturday, 04 March 2006
Higham moved five points clear of Burton Park at the bottom of Division One but were unable to complete a double over the Railwaymen. Player manager Jim Le Masurier's third Higham goal put the Lankies in front after 31 minutes but they were pegged back after the break by a headed 62nd minute Jamie Evans equaliser from a Blisworth corner. The Railwaymen could have won the contest five minutes from time but Ashley Bradshaw's spot kick was saved by Lankies keeper John Perry.
