Two goals in four first half minutes saw Stones through to the quarter finals at the expense of a side managed by one time Blackstones boss Ian Jackson. Jamie Gilsenan gave Stones a 25th minute advantage and four minutes later Gavin Barnes added a second. Godmanchester replied in the final minute of the first half through David Blake.
