Whitworths returned to the top of Division One with this emphatic win over an out of sorts Rovers. James Westley gave the Flourmen the lead eight minutes in following a corner and nine minutes before the interval a disputed free kick was curled into the net by Kris Line from 25 yards. Top scorer Ben Holley scored his 14th goal of the campaign after 43 minutes, dispossessing Stuart Harper to eun clear and slot home. Matt Freeman punished a Craig Smith error to round off the scoring ten minutes into the second period, and Whitworths squandered chances to embarrass Eynesbury further in the closing stages.
