The Saints scaled the heights of third place in the Premier Division after extending their winning sequence to a remarkable seven games. Their winning run looked to be heading for its end as the match moved into its closing stages but substitute James Clarke snatched a last minute winner for the visitors after a strong run by Liam Kennett. Deeping were left to regret missed chances once again.
