The Walnut Boys picked up three more points with a narrow win over struggling Thrapston at Hillgrounds. Two goals in a minute early on proved enough to win the contest for Thrapston, Gavin Batt's opener on the quarter hour followed sixty seconds later by a second goal from Lewis Hook. Steve Chilton pulled a goal back for Thrapston ten minutes into the second half.
