Desborough Town  1    Northampton Spencer  3

Saturday, 29 October 2005

Desborough had no answer to Spencer's prolific strike duo as the Millers moved into second place in the Premier table. Ar Tarn took the lead fifteen minutes in through Andy Brown, but in form front man Scott Coleman levelled eleven minutes before the interval with an 18 yard shot to score his 100th Millers goal. After the restart Coleman's strike partner Darren Frost struck twice to give Spencer the points, finding the home net after 56 minutes following good work by Coleman and after 68 minutes with a half volley.
