Watlington: Frazer Wilson (3),
Charlton: Chris Stalker (2), Kieran Cross
Played on a difficult pitch a fairly even first half saw Watlington take the lead after 25 mins when Sam Carter-Knight produced a perfect cross for Frazer Wilson to finish well. Watly went two up when again the two forwards combined again for Frazer Wilson to score. Charlton were reduced to 10 men following a sending off just before half time.
The second half saw Charlton come out of the traps first and after a mistake in Watly defence Chris Stalker finished with a lob over Watly keeper. Still asleep the visitors made it 2 2 when a long ball put stalker on goal, and he finished past Watly keeper. Charlton went 3 2 up when a free kick 20 yards out was saved by Watly keeper who couldn’t hold it and ball was tapped in by Kieran Cross. In the dying minutes home side were awarded a pen when Charlton keeper fouled Wilson, who stepped up to finish for his hat-trick. Credit to both sides for effort in difficult conditions final score 3-3
