This Saturday Eynsham were back in league action at home to Brougnton and North Newington. Eynsham started the game in complete control scoring 2 goals in the first 20 mins, this pattern continued for the rest of the first half but wayward finishing stopped the scoring increasing. As is the way in football Broughton dusted themselves down at half time and had a real go to stop Eynshams passing game, they achieved this partly putting Eynsham under pressure and playing some football themselves, scoring a penalty to make the score 2-1. Eynsham did not panic and kept passing creating many chances that were spurned or saved well by the Broughton keeper.
