A very well contested game by two well evenly matched teams ended up in both teams sharing the points.
Chalgrove started the game by far the stronger side and looked very dangerous on every attack but it was Northway that broke the deadlock in the 37th minute through Josh Carr.
After the break Northway were much stronger but Chalgrove got a well deserved equaliser with a neat finish in the 50th minute by Simon Godfrey. Northway continued to press and their efforts paid off when Nathan Holt finished a neat bit of play in the 57th minute. Lewis Welby then scored Northways third in the 62nd minute. Straight from the kick off Northway switched off and James Quainton scored to make it 3-2. Simon Godfrey then got the equaliser in the 77th minute. Northway then had their keeper Christian Lawrence to thank for a point after pulling off a fine double save in the last few minutes of the game.
